Please contact our booking manager with any reservation questions and requests. When you're ready to book, we will reconfirm with you before generating a deposit it request. Initial booking requests can be made via email or over the phone. Thank you!
Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit of 20% has been received.
Reservations for full island rentals must be secured with a 50% deposit.
Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival for all stays.
For short term stays full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations made on short notice ( 30 or less from arrival) must be confirmed by full payment within 48 hours.
Reservations cancelled 30 to 45 days out will be charged at 50% of the total accommodation amount.
Reservations cancelled less than 30 out will be charged at 100% of the total accommodation amount.
All refunds will be subject to a 15% administration fee Reservations will be released automatically and without notification if these payment terms are not met.
All guests of Ninamu Resort must download, sign and fax back a liability waiver before arriving at the island
