Once you submit your reservation, our reservations desk will review your request, and generate a deposit request which you will be able to pay online via this website, or over the phone.
Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit of 10% has been received.
Payment in full is required 45 days prior to arrival for all weekly stays.
For short term stays full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations made on short notice must be confirmed by full payment within 48 hours.
Reservations cancelled 30 to 45 days out will be charged at 50% of the total accommodation amount.
Reservations cancelled less than 30 out will be charged at 100% of the total accommodation amount.
All refunds will be subject to a 15% administration fee Reservations will be released automatically and without notification if these payment terms are not met.
